TrainingPeaks – Industry-standard, web-based coaching software where athletes can communicate with Bart, upload workouts for analysis, view training plans, daily workout details, receive immediate feedback and more. Includes a mobile app and daily emails. Virtually every serious triathlon coaching relationship runs on TrainingPeaks.
TrainingRoad – Online power-based training software that allows cyclists to achieve maximum efficiency at an incredibly low cost. Delphi heavily promotes cycling indoors whenever possible and leverages TrainerRoad’s 800+ workouts to craft the cycling component of all training plans.
Zwift – At the vanguard of the golden age for indoor cycling training, this online multi-user cycling software represents the undisputed future of indoor bike training. While more of a luxury and serving Delphi athletes primarily as a fun complement to TrainerRoad sessions, Zwift allows cyclists to ride in a virtual world against strangers all over the world or your buddy across town.
MyFitnessPal – Delphi considers nutrition the bedrock of all successful plans- and the component most difficult to master. We rely on the world’s most popular (and free) health and fitness app to monitor calories and nutrient consumption. With the world’s largest food database (5,000,000+ foods), no tool on earth makes it easier to fuel properly for IRONMAN training and racing.
